This initiative is your ticket to earning points for engaging with our educational programs, committees, and events. The best part? You’ll convert those points into casino chips for a fabulous night of fun at our end-of-year Chapter Celebration Casino Night on June 4, 2025.

How to Earn ILEA Bucks
Take charge of your participation by accumulating points throughout the year! Whether you’re a seasoned member or a future member exploring ILEA for the first time, there are numerous ways to get involved and earn.
Membership Activities:
Become a professional member: 20 points
Become a student member: 10 points
Renew your membership on time: 10 points
Program Engagement:
Attend a program: 5 points
Bring a future member to a program: 5 points
Inviting member also earns 5 points!
Volunteer at a program: 5 points
Committee Involvement:
Join a committee: 10 points
Attend a committee meeting: 1 point
Exclusive Opportunities:
Attend a members-only excursion: 5 points
In-kind program sponsorship: 20 points
Cash program sponsorship: 25 points
Bonus Challenge:
Win an ILEA Steps Challenge: 5–100 points
Track Your Progress
Keep an eye on your leaderboard standings through our Leaderboard App! This tool allows participants to monitor their points and stay motivated. Visit Make The Board to check your current points and ranking.
Pro Tip: The Membership Committee will onboard new members by adding them to the leaderboard and granting 20 points. Future members who attend an event will receive 5 points, and the member who invited them will also earn 5 points.
Save the Date: Chapter Celebration Casino Night
The grand finale of our ILEA Bucks program is our Chapter Celebration Casino Night—a high-energy event to wrap up the year in style!
When: June 4, 2025
Where: Devil's River Distillery
What to Expect: Use your ILEA Bucks as casino chips. The participant with the most chips at the end of the night will take home the Grand Prize.
Important Notes:
ILEA Bucks must be redeemed in person at the event.
Bucks are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
